Job description Overview The Construction Superintendent is the on-site leader responsible for managing the day-to-day field operations of federal construction projects, ensuring that work is performed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all project specifications and government requirements. The Superintendent is the primary field contact for subcontractors, vendors, and quality control personnel, and works closely with the Project Manager and government representatives to coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
