Located conveniently in Northwest Alabama near the I-65 corridor, Littleville is strategically placed to procure Southern Yellow Pine and distribute it throughout the Midwest and Southeast. Our Littleville location specializes in the remanufacturing of Southern Yellow Pine, carrying a full line of boards, dimension and timbers to be remanufactured to customer specifications. Littleville has the ability to load flatbed as well as van. The Senoia location is co-owned and managed by Keith Skantz, who has 30 years experience in the forest products industry. With this expansion, Lumber One created an even stronger presence reaching to the east coast. Keith and his staff provide extensive market knowledge and products in the forest products industry. Our Senoia location provides southern pine lumber, plywood, OSB, flooring, windows and remanufactured lumber and panel products. This locations specialization ranges from on grade products to seconds in building materials, which include closeouts, buy backs and other unusual items within our industry.
