Overview: Salary-50-60K The Commercial Construction Estimator is responsible for estimating Type 3 and Type 5 construction of multi-story wood framed buildings working primarily, but not exclusively, in Construction Division 06. Associates will meet with contractors and their customers to assist them in the estimating process and complete all plans in the time frame agreed upon with clients. Estimators must be very detail orientated, patient, and have experience estimating either manually or with approved software.
