Job Description Job Description General Laborer Location: North Aurora, IL Schedule: 5:00am-3:30pm ( Weekends and over time is required) Pay rate: 17.00 Duties: Use measuring tapes and other hand measuring tools to cut, assemble, or verify materials according to specifications. Operate basic hand tools (screwdrivers, hammers, drills, clamps, levels, etc.) for assembling soundproof doors, windows, and panels. Follow detailed production instructions, work orders, or blueprints to ensure accuracy and consistency in builds. Inspect parts and components for defects or inconsistencies and report issues to supervisors or quality control. Assist in prepping materials including cutting, drilling, sanding, and fitting insulation or acoustic materials. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines and company procedures. Collaborate with team members and shift leads to meet daily production targets. Perform routine maintenance and checks on tools and equipment
