The Radiologic Technologist performs radiographic procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of disease and injury. Key Responsibilities: Operate X-ray and fluoroscopic equipment to obtain diagnostic images as ordered by physicians. Position patients properly to ensure optimal image quality while maintaining patient comfort and safety. Follow ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) principles and radiation safety protocols. Verify patient identity and obtain accurate clinical history. Review and assess images for diagnostic quality before submitting to radiologists. Maintain accurate patient documentation in PACS and EMR systems. Clean and maintain equipment; report any malfunctions or issues promptly. Adhere to infection control
