The High Desert Heart Institute provides primary care and heart disease services to patients in the Victor Valley and all surrounding areas. We are very proud of our medical care and patient service -- both inpatient and outpatient. We strongly believe that many patients can be just as effectively treated in the outpatient setting as in the hospital. As an outpatient center, we provide all of the routine heart tests such as electrocardiography, Holter monitoring, event monitoring, and routine blood testing. But we also provide a variety of advanced diagnostic and therapeutic methods. We have in-house echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, nuclear stress testing, pulmonary function testing and a variety of other important diagnostic modalities. We are also very pleased to be the first outpatient center in the High Desert providing EECP (Enhanced External CounterPulsation) -- an important therapy that can help patients with angina and heart failure. We also have the first Heart Failure Clinic in the high desert which can improve quality of life, and help keep patients out of the hospital. 3. Customer Service: Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase.
