Position Summary: Milacron is looking for a Payroll Manager to join our team in Batavia, OH. As the Payroll Manager, you will oversee all aspects of payroll processing for our Global manufacturing operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely payroll for all employees, compliance with federal and state regulations, and the implementation of best practices in global payroll management. Work You'll Do: Manage the end-to-end payroll process for a diverse workforce, including hourly and salaried employees across the globe. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
