Harold graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. He then went on to graduate with a Master of Business Administration degree from Roosevelt University where he was elected as a member of the international honor society Beta Gamma Sigma. He provides hands on sales assistance, insurance strategies and product consultation and selection. He received his CLU designation in 1983 and his ChFC designation in 1984. Harold is licensed in insurance for life, accident, health, casualty and variable contracts and holds his NASD series 7, 24 and 63 licenses. After graduating from Roosevelt University with a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communications, Becca spent one year as a Customer Service Specialist at Zurich/Kemper Life assisting agents and clients with term and UL/VUL Products. She is responsible for developing and maintaining marketing materials, insurance company resources and also assisting agents with illustrations and underwriting questions. Eliza spent two years working as a case manager in the healthcare industry prior to joining Smart Money Financial. Eliza is responsible for agent licensing and contracting, maintaining commission schedules and agent compensation. She also provides agents with access to Broker Gear for follow-up on their pending case status.
