We offer Same Day appointments with minimal to No Wait. Halper Family Medicine was established in 1979 by Dr. Nicholas Halper after completing his residency at South Nassau Communities Hospital. Dr. Halper opened his practice in his house in Rockville Centre where he practiced for over 30 years while raising his family in the RVC community. In 2003, Dr. Brett Halper, following in his fathers footsteps and completing his residency in Family Medicine at South Nassau Communities Hospital joined the practice. Dr. Brett has enjoyed expanding the practice and adding advanced testing to help diagnose issues and prevent disease. Dr.Brett plans on taking on a more administrative role and expanding the practice even more over the next few years. In 2009, Dr.Todd Halper joined the growing practice after completing his residency in Family Medicine at North Shore University Glenn Cove. Dr. Todd enjoys treating patients and practicing medicine. He currently teaches students at Stony Brook University and Physicians Assistants from Hofstra University. In 2013, Dr Tanya Halper joined the practice after completing her residency in Family Medicine @ North Shore University Glen Cove. Dr.Tanya enjoys practicing medicine and will focus on Women's Health within the Halper Family Medicine Practice.
