GNO Property Management, LLC is a full service property management company serving homeowner's associations in the Greater New Orleans Area. We provide a single point of contact for all maintenance and improvement projects for condominium, town home, and homeowner's associations. We are capable of tailoring our services to best serve the unique needs of individual communities. The company was founded in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina by three New Orleans natives, who recognized a need for a full service property management company in the New Orleans Metropolitan Area. During the ongoing rebuilding efforts in the city, the potential for more planned unit developments and the continuing popularity of the condominium market will require a hands-on property management firm which previously did not exist. Our goal is to work with developers and property owners alike, to aid in a better quality of life, and provide a service that has been a foreign concept in the New Orleans area. The three principals have over 45 years of combined experience in commercial and residential property management.
