Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organizing and prioritizing, as well as strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail. Develop comprehensive project implementation plans/schedules, including agency, general contractor, and subcontractor resource allocations, as well as end-to-end timelines. Coordinate and oversee construction activities in conjunction with the general contractor, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications. Ensure compliance with federal lease requirements.
