Position Title: Associate Designer Reports To: Senior Designer Salary: $90,000 - $108,000 Pay Rate: Salaried, with benefits. Commensurate with experience Benefits: Vacation and holidays, Health, Dental, Vision, 401K plan, profit sharing program, annual professional development stipend Pay Period: 1st and 15th of the month Position Purpose: This is a full time, management-level position for an experienced, hands-on, positive and reliable Designer to work directly with the Senior Designer and Designer on all aspects of design and project management. The Associate Designer is expected to translate the Principal's aesthetic vision into client presentations, communicate project design both verbally and visually, and embody the spirit and professionalism of the firm. The Associate Designer will work collaboratively with the Design Team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include but are not limited to: Administrative Responsibilities: Juggle multiple deadlines, project scopes and aesthetics simultaneously.
