Job Description Job Description Executive Director Position OOOHCI is seeking a full-time Executive Director. The Executive Director reports to the OOOHCI Board of Directors, the President of the Board, and the Howard County Local Behavioral Health Authority (LBHA), which is the contractor and principal funder of the Center. This is a regular, full-time (average 40 hours per week), exempt position. The role requires flexibility, including occasional evening and weekend work, based on organizational needs. The Executive Director will be responsible for the daily operations of the center and have executive authority over all other staff. The Executive Director must be an individual in recovery from a mental health and/or substance use challenge, and have sufficient experience in administration to oversee the activities, finances, and other issues related to center operations.
