DON PICKETT & ASSOCIATES, INC.is a family-owned corporation founded in 1988. Donald V. Pickett (Husband), Linda M. Pickett (Wife) and Michael Pickett (Son) jointly manage the company operations. We have evolved into a unique construction company that has a full service, in-house architectural design, drafting and civil engineering departments. This sets us apart from other contractors in that we are able to design and build your project. This helps streamline the process saving our clients time and money. Once designed the construction projects are carefully supervised and monitored daily by superintendents. We pride ourselves on working with the same subcontractors for many years helping us maintain an excellent reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. Our company evolved from prior family-owned construction companies which have been active in the building industry in Fresno since 1972. Prior business ownership includes P & D Construction, Inc. (Pat & Don Pickett) (1980-1988) and Pickett & Sons Construction Inc. (1972-1980) (Joe, Pat & Don Pickett). During these years, we have built over 700 industrial and commercial buildings and 225 custom homes in the Fresno area. Over the years we have been an active member of the Building Industry Association of the San Joaquin Valley, represented the industry on many streamlining issues and sat on advisory committees with the City of Fresno Development Department.
