Job Description Job Description Summary The Fortis Bank Secrecy Act (“BSA”) Officer is responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of all aspects of the BSA Compliance Program. This position ensures the bank’s adherence to federal and state regulations regarding anti money laundering (“AML”), suspicious activity reporting (“SAR”), and other financial crimes regulations. The BSA Officer will work closely with various departments to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
