The Production Supervisor focuses on development, management, and motivation of production personnel to increase productivity and improve efficiencies. Duties and Responsibilities The Production Supervisor oversees production team members; directs daily activities of production workers and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
