LHH is assisting in a search for an in house counsel role located in Jacksonville, Florida. This position is mostly remote and focuses heavily on drafting and reviewing contracts. Key responsibilities: Providing frontline legal advisement and support to business management teams on a broad array of issues involving HR, Labor & Employment and contract compliance. Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. Corporate generalist support related to employment policies and procedures. Some corporate transactional duties as needed. Requirements: 2+ years of corporate experience, preferably with an in-house legal team. A solid understanding of corporate business law.
