DUTIES: *The Leasing Consultant reports to the Community Manager and is responsible for but not limited to meeting with prospective residents, residents, vendors and all guest of the community. * The Leasing Consultant will serve as the first impression to all who visit our Leasing Office. * Responsible for the rental of apartment units to ensure maximum occupancy at all times and high renewal rates. *Coordinate move-ins and move outs, apartment showings, ensure current and prospective tenants are accurately.
