Our business model remains the same... provide unmatched service and quality products at competitive pricing. Back in 1989 a then new retail facility was opened at 2103 S. Santa Fe in Chanute Kansas. Many expansion projects later Cleaver Farm & Home covers 14 acres with 20,000 square feet of retail showroom and office space, and 45,000 square feet of covered storage. Wholly owned subsidiaries in four separate locations include The Rental Station, LLC and Glass Depot, LLC. Cleaver Farm & Home is a wholesaler and retailer of building materials, steel, culverts, bagged concrete, hardware and farm & ranch supplies. Our customer base includes many city, county and state agencies; school districts; commercial & manufacturing; building material retailers; ready mix plants; coops & agricultural supply dealers. Most recently, staff was added to offer planning, design and build services to southeast Kansas with a focus on pole barns and post frame buildings, sheds and custom garage packages.
