Cincinnati Allergy and Asthma Center has been servicing families in the Tri-state since 1960. CAAC was founded by Joseph E Ghory, M.D., and has been continued by his daughters, Ann C. Ghory, M.D. and Patricia K. Ghory, M.D. In September 2019, our sons, Gordon E. Myers M.D., and David E. Tapke, M.D., continued the tradition by joining the practice as the third generation of allergists. Our father was the first board certified Pediatric Allergist in the Tri-state in 1960. He established the Allergy Fellowship program and Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. The practice has grown from one office in East Walnut Hills to now four convenient offices in Hyde Park, Anderson, Mason, and Western Hills. Cincinnati Allergy and Asthma Center specializes in treating nasal and eye allergies, asthma, food allergies, skin allergies, drug and venom sensitivities, and immune disorders. We are committed to be the premier providers of state of the art care in the Greater Cincinnati Area. Our goal is to help you feel well and stay well. WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A BOARD CERTIFIED ALLERGIST? After graduating from medical school, the doctor must complete a 3 year residency program in Internal Medicine or Pediatrics. Once board certified in their specialty, they need to complete a 2-3 year fellowship in Allergy/Immunology and pass the American Board of Allergy/Immunology. We are affiliated with AAAAI and ACAAI.
