Position Summary: The Hospitalist Resource RN provides vital support to the Divisional Manager of Hospitalist Operations, VP of Clinical Outcomes, and Chief Medical Officer in implementing the Hospitalist Strategy and ensuring the delivery of clinical excellence. This role is designed to collaborate with the contracted Hospitalist MDs and other care team leaders to drive performance in alignment with the Hospitalist Scorecard, focusing on process and outcome measures. The Hospitalist Resource RN will also play a key role in strategy development, operational improvement, and fostering change within the Hospitalist groups, supporting conflict resolution, and ensuring a culture of outstanding customer service.
