Blue Woods Management Group, Inc. was formed in 1995 with three buildings under management. Today Blue Woods manages 45 residential properties. Founded by President Donald Wilson, who started the firm after 14 years with another management company. Blue Woods maintains offices in Manhattan, Westchester, and Rockland and is responsible for approximately 3,400 co-op and condo units throughout Manhattan, Westchester and Rockland County. Virtually all new business has come from referrals from Board members, attorneys, accountants, and sales agents impressed with our knowledge and personal service. We are committed to providing our clients with smart, efficient and responsive management. We do this by limiting the number of buildings our agents manage and providing one point of contact to meet their needs. The firm complements this service with expert advice, detailed monthly financial reports and constant communication with Boards.
