Blue Ribbon Home Warranty, Inc. has been the only locally owned and operated home warranty company in the state of Colorado since its founding in 1985. We cover single-family homes, condominiums, town homes, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, multi-family units, investment properties, manufactured homes and mobile homes (manufactured after 1967). We were the first in the world to cover roof leaks and the only warranty company to offer a complimentary pre-inspection for sellers' listings and for homeowners who are not selling or moving. We take pride in our knowledge and most of all our customer service. Blue Ribbons coverage is 14 months of warranty protection for the price of 12 months - that's two months free! We have four warranty plans, three plan upgrades, and two years of coverage at a discounted price. For properties that are a new builds, we have four or ten years of warranty coverage and all are plans are affordable! We have continued to be a leader and innovator in the industry, with quality customer service, a knowledgeable staff to serve you. We set high standards and our warranty plans are the best defense against costly service repairs or if a replacement need on your home's mechanical systems and appliances, gas fireplace, roof, etc., regardless of age! After you enroll, we'll be there when you need us. Our warranty plan holders are really buying a promise from us - that we'll be here to send a service contractor out as soon as possible, pay the bill for covered repairs and/or replacements, and to ensure the highest quality of service is always achieved. That's why Blue Ribbon focuses on what really matters in the long term, affordable coverage, customer service, integrity and knowledge of home systems and appliances. Our coverage is offered for new and existing properties regardless of the age of the homes, mechanical systems and appliances, plus it is transferable to the new owners.
