Job Description Job Description Director of Urgent Care Department Overview: The Director of Urgent Care will monitor, assist, and oversee all clinical providers in the Urgent (Walk-In) Care Department. The Director is responsible for all clinical processes and procedures performed. The Director will perform routine administrative and clinical tasks to keep the offices of the physicians and other healthcare providers running smoothly. The position is approximately 75% clinical and 25% administrative.
