Associate – Design and Development Position Summary: The Associate will support the Development department and report to the Senior Vice President of Development. The position will involve assisting in managing various aspects of design and development through the entire project lifecycle across multiple categories of assets and project types. Opportunities will include on new ground-up development, repositionings of existing assets, as well as CapEx/project improvement plans. Overview: The Outside Sales & Design Consultant is a highly skilled salesperson with a proven track record of results and provides exceptional service in premium custom designs and organizational solutions for the whole home. This role designs and sells premium custom spaces to customers in their homes by appointment. This position manages and coordinates all phases of customer projects from in-home consultation, design, installation, and organizing to provide a seamless customer experience.
