Ansonia Public Schools is a small, urban school district located in the Lower Naugatuck Valley region of Connecticut. Our district serves 2,300 children in four schools: John G. Prendergast School (K-6), John C. Mead School (Pre K-6), Ansonia Middle School (7-8 and Pre-K), and Ansonia High School (9-12). The 2018-19 school year will open on Monday, August 27, 2018.
