Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Cold Calling Recruitment Specialist to join our remote team! Your primary responsibility will be to call executives in order to connect them with a recruiter. The pay range listed for this position is an estimate. While the role pays an hourly base rate of $8 per hour, every appointment set and attended by the prospect nets the Specialist an extra $10 in pay.
