As a patent agent/technical advisor, you will be able to work on a wide range of technical aspects on the firm’s litigation matters as well as proceedings in front of USPTO. The firm expects the candidate to attend law school in an evening program and obtain (or already have) a patent registration number. The firm does not have a billable hour requirement and has a casual and inclusive work environment. The firm covers tuition expenses.
