Job Description Role is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of the crew compensation programs. The role will collect, review, and continuously evaluate the consistency of our crew compensation programs, policies and practices including internal data analysis, diagnosis, reporting, and market research to validate and ensure the competitiveness and effectiveness of our shipboard pay strategy in alignment with its total rewards strategy regarding benefits. The role will partner with shipboard HR teams, Business Partners, and leaders, as well as with other departments such as Finance, IT, Accounting, Revenue Management, etc. to gather critical data and existing documentation as well as to understand the various interdependencies across different areas. This role functions as a subject matter expert with respect to shipboard based compensation and bonus/incentive compensation and pay practices.
