What is the dress code policy at Allied Universal?

At Allied Universal, the dress code for management and corporate is business casual, while all other positions require a uniform. The uniform includes five tops, five bottoms, a winter jacket, spring jacket, and duty belt, with employees providing their own solid black shoes. Facial hair is permitted, but sideburns are not allowed, and visible tattoos must be covered. Hair past the shoulders must be tied up, and no earrings or piercings are allowed while on duty. Additionally, females must have a conventional haircut, and if their hair is shoulder length or longer, it must be pulled back in a ponytail. Men must also have a conventional haircut, with the back being collar length and more than half the ear covered, and everyone must have a natural hair color.
