Description
As a Product Marketing Manager at Zywave, you will play a critical role in telling the story of our products, and helping position our solutions the right way to the right people.
You'll be responsible for leading the go-to-market plan and execution for specific product offerings within the Zywave product portfolio and collaborating closely with the product management, marketing and sales teams to provide market knowledge, sales enablement, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market support to meet the unique needs of the Insurtech market.

What You Will Do : Strategy & Messaging : Creating and executing clear product messaging, positioning, and value propositions for Zywave products and services that are easily understood and up-to-date based on their stage in the product lifecycleMarket & Competitive Intelligence : Gather, aggregate, and synthesize voice-of-market insights across internal and external inputs (e.g., win / loss analysis, competitive intelligence, customer advisory boards, pilot programs, etc.) to inform product and go-to-market strategiesDemand Generation and Go-To-Market : Collaborate with product management, marketing, and go-to-market teams to define and deliver comprehensive product marketing plans that deliver on business goal. This includes content creation such as website copy, product brochures, presentations, case studies, and social media posts to promote the product.Sales enablement : Providing sales teams with product knowledge, training materials, and sales tools to effectively sell the product.Subject Matter Expert (SME) : Act as the primary thought leader, internally and externally, for the products you support, including speaking engagements and written works.What You Should Bring :
5 years' experience in B2B product marketing organizations, with a strong preference for experience with high-growth SaaS companiesDemonstrable experience planning and leading cross-departmental product launches and projects is requiredProven success working cross-functionally with product management, multiple functions within marketing, and go-to-market teamsStrong written and verbal communication skills with experience developing differentiated product positioning, using clear language, and creating compelling narrativesSelf-starter and motivated individual who is disciplined, creative, and collaborative and thrives in a fast-paced team environmentPrevious insurance industry or Insurtech experience preferred
