Other Considerations: applicants will be subject to a background investigation. Individual’s primary workstation is in an office area. The noise level in this environment is low to moderate. Regularly required to sit for extended periods up to 80% of the time; frequently required to move about to access file cabinets and use office equipment such as PC, copier, fax, telephone, cell phone, etc. Occasionally required to reach overhead, bend, and lift objects of up to 10 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include the use of computer monitor screens up to 80% of the time.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the primary interface with senior client leadership within the DHA, maintaining regular communication to provide updates, address issues, and ensure alignment on program goals.
- Regularly engage with executive leadership to assess progress, evaluate performance, and make necessary adjustments to ensure the success of the program.
- Assist in the development, review, and refinement of policy proposals and program documents, ensuring they align with DHA standards and objectives.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience.
- Familiarity of the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired
- Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks.
- Knowledgeable in policy proposals and program documents.
- Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
- Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensures conformance with program task schedules.
