About The Role
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Global Talent Acquisition Director is responsible for building a best-in-class global talent acquisition center of excellence encompassing a full lifecycle recruiting model. By staying on top of trends and market changes, this role is responsible for maintaining key knowledge of the competitive talent landscape including market availability, talent trends, compensation and benefits and will leverage this knowledge to serve as a trusted and credible advisor when translating complex business, enterprise and diversity strategies into actionable hiring outcomes.
To be successful in this role, an individual must be able to balance long-term strategic planning with solving near-term operational challenges in a rapidly growing company with substantial M&A activity.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's objectives, delivering a consistent talent acquisition approach across regions leveraging a global talent acquisition system along with an internal talent acquisition team, third party search and recruitment vendors
- Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to forecast talent needs, identify key roles, and develop hiring plans to address current and future talent gaps
- Oversee the development and execution of sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent and build talent pipelines, utilizing various channels such as social media, referrals, and talent networks
- Develop a global Early Talent strategy encompassing targeted university outreach, internship conversion and joint oversight with the business of the global rotational program
- Lead efforts to enhance the employer brand globally, ensuring that the organization is perceived as an employer of choice in key markets
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding, to attract and retain top talent
- Establish dashboard of talent acquisition analytics and metrics
- Ensure compliance and overall governance of labor regulations across regions
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 years of progressive HR experience, with 5 years leading talent acquisition teams
- Global talent acquisition experience and strong knowledge of critical employment laws and regulations across regions
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing TA strategies and initiatives involving a transformation in talent acquisition
- Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills
- Senior level experience as a strategic TA partner serving as credible and trusted advisor guiding people leaders on talent acquisition topics
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across regions and at all levels in the organization
- Advanced level English skills
