Employee Engagement and Retention Specialist, 33 Lewis Rd United Health Services is seeking a Employee Engagement and Retention Specialist to join our Talent Performance & Organizational Effectiveness department at 33 Lewis Rd in Binghamton, NY. This position is benefits eligible. Shift Day Hours per week: 40 Salary range: $35.27 - $53.94 per hour, depending on experience. Overview The Employee Engagement and Retention Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention, ensuring alignment with the company culture including fostering an inclusive workplace and a sense of belonging. This role focuses on improving the overall employment experience, analyzing retention metrics, staffing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) initiatives and driving long-term retention and significant decrease in voluntary attrition. Qualifications Education/Experience Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, healthcare administration, or a related field in healthcare (RN). Minimum of three years of experience in HR or operations with a focus on employee engagement and retention. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred: Not Applicable License/Certification: Minimum Required: Not Applicable Preferred: PHR or SHRM certification is a plus.
