Work Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:45pm

To assist patients and their families in navigating the financial aspects of fertility treatments and procedures. To provide guidance, support, and education to ensure that patients understand their financial options, insurance coverage, and payment plans related to infertility treatments. To collaborate with both patients and healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth and well informed financial process.
Position Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Associate's degree in Business, Healthcare Management or a related field and two (2) years of experience in a medical office doing healthcare billing and collections and insurance/benefits required. Patient interaction experience required. Prior experience in healthcare financial counseling, particularly in the field of fertility treatments or reproductive medicine and OB/GYN office preferred. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
Excellent communications skills; ability to prioritize and multitask; understanding insurance benefits and obtaining authorizations and comfortable with collections.
