What are the responsibilities and job description for the Waiter / Waitress position at The White Bull?
The White Bull in Decatur is the first restaurant from Chef Pat Pascarella. Its a farm to table restaurant using global flavors and a big emphasis on italian cuisine. We serve 6-8 pastas daily. The flour is milled everyday to achieve absolute freshness in flavor and texture.
We are looking for a Lead Server to work directly with the GM. This position will include two manager shifts a week as well as three server shifts per week.
Candidate must be;
-willing to learn
-self motivated
-love this industry (we're opening more restaurants and there is lots of opportunities for growth)
-knowledgable in food and wine
