THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR FIREPLACE REPAIR TECHNICIAN
Schedules vary depending on the season and workload.
YOUR ROLE:
Every day, you provide expert repair services to our valued customers. Upon arriving at the job site, you assess the fireplace and diagnose any issues or malfunctions. You identify the root cause of the problem and develop a repair plan. This may involve testing ignition systems, troubleshooting gas lines, adjusting pilot lights, replacing faulty components, or conducting general maintenance. You carry out the work efficiently, cleaning the area and making sure the system is safe. As you work, you maintain accurate records of your services and advise customers on how to avoid future issues.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional experience in fireplace repair or a relevant field
- Familiarity with various types of fireplaces and their components
- Good physical condition, ability to lift heavy equipment, and willingness to work in various indoor and outdoor environments
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
