The Epilepsy Center is searching for a Payee Specialist to join our team!
Our representative payee department is growing and we are looking for someone to help with the financial management of social security funds. This person will have the ability to help clients with developmental disabilities manage and budget their funds, while assisting with paying bills and saving money for personal spending. The payee specialist will need to be able to reconcile accounts, use excel and an online banking program. Customer service skills are also important as this person will also greet clients coming into the payee department.
If you do not have experience, but have a desire to work in an office setting and are comfortable with technology and want to learn new skills, we will train you!
To be successful in this job, it is important that you are able to work independently, know or have a desire to learn online banking, Excel and QuickBooks. Critical thinking, attention to detail and time management are also important to be successful in this position.
Position Requirements
- 18 years of age
- GED or HS Diploma Required
- Money Management skills preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
