Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Car audio sales experience preferred (training available for motivated individuals).
• Knowledge of vehicle accessory products is a plus.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and cash register operation.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Basic understanding of retail math for calculating discounts, sales tax, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet Customers and Provide Excellent Customer Service:

• Welcome customers to Texas Boombox with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Offer assistance and ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience.

Manage Emails:

• Monitor and manage incoming emails promptly.
• Respond to customer inquiries, product requests, and service-related queries via email.

Assist Customers in Finding Products and Making Purchasing Decisions:

• Engage with customers to understand their car accessory and audio needs.
• Provide expert guidance on product selection and make personalized recommendations.

Operate Cash Register and Handle Cash Transactions Accurately:

• Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle cash transactions, provide change, and ensure secure handling of payments.

Stock Shelves and Maintain Inventory Levels:

• Keep shelves organized and well-stocked with the latest car accessories and audio products.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the management team.

Maintain a Clean and Organized Sales Floor:

• Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Arrange displays to showcase featured products and promotions effectively.

Answer Phone Calls and Respond to Customer Inquiries:

• Handle incoming phone calls professionally and promptly.
• Provide information about products, services, and store policies to customers over the phone.

Provide Product Knowledge and Information to Customers:

• Stay informed about the features and specifications of car audio products.
• Educate customers on the benefits of different accessories and help them make informed decisions.
