- Partner with client managers to ascertain staffing needs and keep them informed about applicant progress.
- Support drivers in navigating client/carrier applications and ensure completion of all necessary documentation.
- Organize and coordinate orientation sessions, addressing travel, accommodation, and any unforeseen challenges that may arise.
- Execute administrative tasks and provide support to additional team requirements as necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
