YOUR ROLE AS A LABORER / CARPENTER'S ASSISTANT

As a Laborer / Carpenter's Assistant, you ask questions, observe, and emulate our core values, while demonstrating skills that you learn on the job.

Assist with the following:

• Job site preparations
• Pickup & Delivery of materials
• Transportation, setup & breakdown of tools & equipment
• Maintaining a safe & clean job site through sweeping and removal/disposal of construction waste & debris
• Proper cleaning & maintenance of tools

You will also work in the field alongside an experienced carpenter as their assistant. You will gain experience in everything from carpentry & demolition to painting & finish work, as well as how to professionally interact with our clients.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Valid driver's license AND own reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Dependability, punctuality and an eagerness to learn

Construction or carpentry-related experience is preferred, but not required. We will train the right person! If you can meet these requirements and perform the Laborer / Carpenter's Assistant job as described above, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
