Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or GED- education verification not required.
  • 1-year customer service experience in a health care or health insurance environment.
  • Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions.
  • Data entry and / or typing experience.
  • Interpersonal, analytical, organizational and independent decision-making skills.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
