Summary:
Work remotely with Rusty's Holiday Lights! We’re offering part-time positions to assist with daily office operations and sales.
Training & Duration:
- Work begins: October
- Busy period: October through November
- Work ends: Early December
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Design digital images of proposed holiday light installations
- Work remotely using company software and design tools
- Communicate with the production department to check inventory availability
- Coordinate with schedulers to manage installation dates
- Training and ongoing support provided throughout the season
Required Skills:
- Experience with installation work
- Ability to work remotely from a computer
- Professional, customer-focused communication skills
- Proficiency in writing clear and concise emails
- Familiarity with design software and an eye for aesthetics
- Enjoyment of sales work and strong understanding of pricing structures
- Knowledge of holiday lighting products and services
- Proficient with operational software, Excel spreadsheets, and messaging tools
