Do you have what it takes to be a world-class Virtual Receptionist working from home in Arizona? An exciting opportunity exists to join an international virtual receptionist provider. We are seeking Virtual Receptionist with open availability, as we are a 24/7 business.

ReceptionHQ is a global success story that provides specialized, professional, outsourced telephone answering services, including messaging and appointment scheduling, all built and delivered on a cloud-based platform serving clients globally. We provide our clients with the professional image of a true receptionist experience, no more answering machines or unreliable voicemails. We keep costs to a minimum and save our clients time and money. As one of our Virtual Receptionists you will be vital to the ReceptionHQ model. Not only will you represent ReceptionHQ to our clients, you will be representing those clients too!

What you will be doing.

  • Professionally handling incoming calls for our clients and their callers
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Promptly and efficiently taking and relaying messages to clients.
  • Offering a warm phone presence, generally smiling, being friendly, helpful and positive

What we need from you

  • Call center experience and/or experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent speaking voice and telephone manner
  • Confidence with computers and typing skills (over 40 wpm)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player, professional attitude and a sense of humor
  • Take pride in the quality of your work in providing a positive client experience.

What you will need

  • Safe, quiet and private designated workspace (desk or table), free of distractions
  • Office Chair
  • Adequate lighting Equipment Requirements

Operating System:

  • Minimum Windows 10 minimum or Mac Big Sur
  • Browser: Up to date version of Google Chrome
  • CPU Specifications: Intel i5 or Ryzen 5 RAM: 8GB
  • Monitor Specification: Minimum screen size of 19 inches diagonally
  • Screen Resolution: Minimum 1920 x 1080
  • Headset: Supplied headset by the company needs to be able to connect into a computer via a USB or a microphone jack
  • High Speed Internet Service Requirements required speed: Download – 85Mbps or higher, Upload 30Mbps or highter
