Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and responsible, Program Management Analyst to develop, coordinate and administer program and project activities across various engineering groups and disciplines.
The Program Management Analyst will provide strategic guidance to teams, hiring managers and staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will develop efficient strategies and tactics ensuring a desirable outcome is delivered to the customer, program and the company. The Program Management Analyst is required to have excellent leadership, communication and time management skills as they will collaborate with various organizational groups to provide creative approaches that deliver on time results.
Responsibilities to anticipate:
- Apply change, risk and resource management
- Coordinate cross-project activities to include but not limited to developing and monitoring hiring and staffing plans
- Organize and communicate details related to program and staffing activities to stakeholders
- Serve as an interface between team members, hiring managers, engineering managers and other stakeholders to strengthen consensus and relationships
- Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation plans and reports
- Act as a program, staff and engineering point of contact and communicate program project plans and status
- Provide mentoring, career development guidance and care and feeding of junior engineers
Work Location: Springfield, VA (onsite role)
(Relocation is not available for this role)
Security Clearance Requirements: Active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance
Basic Qualifications:
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree and minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations
- Demonstrated work experience on medium to large sized customer based operational program
- Leadership experience
- Experience establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all levels of the organization, including Government customers, program support and functional support organization
- Experience preparing and presenting presentations across all levels of stakeholders

Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working with all levels of stakeholders and Government Customers
- Experience or certifications in project/program management
