Summary The Media Operations Manager manages the daily operations and workflow for the Media Department, with a focus on linear TV in areas of broadcast, cable, network and syndication. Additionally, this position interfaces with project stakeholders to manage resources and supports reporting and streamline information flow within the agency and its clients. This person thrives in a fast-pace, always-changing environment, and is easily adaptable. Responsibilities - Oversee and implement process with client setup in our media-buying system, including maintaining and updating client information, client/vendor setup and general setup needs
- Project-manage with various departments to establish and implement deadlines, clearly define workflows, ensure all data is properly handled and tracked in our media-buying system
- Maintain relationships internally and with outside vendors to ensure setup is correctly executed and that processes are in place for data-handling and analysis
- Perform data cleansing, prepping and uploading into our buy system with accuracy
- Maintain/design automated workflow solutions across departments for data analysis, reporting and uploading data into our buying system
- Maintain, update and manage media-planning documents and automation of television logs; ensure and check accuracy in the documents and data being uploaded into our buying system; work heavily in Excel programs such as Marcos
- Oversee data research and the answering of data questions, as needed, to ensure that the data process is as efficient as possible
- Provide daily and quarterly reporting to various departments including analysis of media trends, pacing and other miscellaneous needs
- Manage the integration of database and data warehouse outputs into our buying system, such as working with Nielsen
- Bring leadership qualities to the agency that promote growth, development and motivation
- Maintain flexibility within the responsibilities of the position based on business needs

Minimum requirements • 3+ plus years of experience understanding data and systems • Bachelor’s degree • Expert proficiency in MS Office Suites Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Understanding of data setup, workflow and back-end codes • Tableau and/or Alteryx experience preferred - Understanding of media concepts and Nielsen ratings preferred
- Familiarity/working knowledge with Mediaocean Spectra (O|X) preferred
