Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide psychiatric care services at our partner facilities. Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site psychiatric assessments and medication management to patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, and other long-term care facilities.

- Adhere to established regulations, policies, and procedures while exercising initiative and independent judgment.
Consult, educate, and coordinate care with facility staff, including nursing home administrator, director of nursing, and director of social services.
