Education:

- Advanced technical education preferred.
- EPA Certification for handling refrigerants
- Minimum three years of HVAC technician experience.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs and move around while on the job.
- Physical dexterity for various tasks, including reaching, kneeling, and lifting.
- Clear communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Successful completion of a background check and clean driving record.
