Schedule: Monday-Friday 6 am.-3 p.m.
What you’ll do as an Administrative Assistant:
- Data Entry.
- Manage Payroll time logs and time-off requests.
- Customer Billing via multiple portals.
- Print/Mail/e-mail Vendor Invoices.
- Assist in maintaining facility employee files.
- This position requires managing multiple Outlook mailboxes related to Customer Collections.

What you’ll need to be a successful Administrative Assistant:
- Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally as this position will directly interface with customers by telephone and e-mail.
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize work to meet competing deadlines.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Outlook.

Minimum Requirements:
Must possess a minimum of 1 year of progressive payroll or administrative/clerical experience; or related schooling or training; or the equivalent combination of both. A High School diploma or GED is required. Incumbent must be of excellent moral character and high ethical standards. It is the responsibility of every position to understand and adhere to the security guidelines outlined in OnTrac’s Acceptable Use Policy and to conduct their activities accordingly.
