Responsibilities
Must demonstrate thorough knowledge of the human anatomy, physiology, as well as image quality. He/she must be able to communicate to patients the nature of the exam and relieve their anxiety. Must demonstrate an understanding of patient positioning, imaging technique, radiation safety, imaging equipment, infection control, and quality control techniques. Demonstrates the ability to supervise students providing patient care, treatment and services as part of their training.

Qualifications
Required:
- RO (State Radiography License) and ARRT-R and must obtain one of:
- ARRT-VI, ARRT-CI, ARRT-CV or RCIS within 18 months of hire
- ROT (Temp State Radiography License) AND must obtain ARRT-R prior to ROT expiration AND must obtain one of: ARRT-VI, ARRT-CI, ARRT-CV or RCIS within 18 months of hire.
Desired:
- One year interventional radiology
